Inquiries that do not turn into work are kept up to 24 months so we can pick up the thread if you come back, then removed. Customer records are kept for the life of the relationship and afterward as long as tax, contract, and insurance obligations require.

Opt-out records are kept indefinitely. That is deliberate: it is the only way to guarantee we never message you again after you say stop.

8. Security

This website is served over encrypted connections, and form submissions travel encrypted. Access to inquiry and customer information is limited to people who need it to do the work. No system can be promised as immune to every attack, and we will not pretend otherwise.

9. Your Choices and Your Rights
